Spear Sauna sits along the left-hand side of the wave pool at Lost Shore Surf Resort, about five minutes’ walk from the car park. The main sauna is wood-fired, with a large window overlooking the cove, and two waterfall buckets outside for cooling down. You don’t need to check in at the surf resort’s reception, and there’s a horsebox sauna too, plus events such as run clubs and sound baths.
