A regenerative farm and restaurant at the foot of the Pentland Hills, the Free Company grows and raises much of what it serves, its daily-changing menu shaped by whatever the farm and garden offer that morning. Started by a group of friends in 2016 at Cockdurno Farmhouse, it sits just outside Edinburgh. Combine lunch with the walled garden at Malleny next door, or a hill walk up to Scald Law.
