Sawna Llosgi’s flagship sauna is on the beach at Llangrannog, the small cove below the village. Llosgi means burning, and the team run it hot in the Scandinavian way, between 80 and 100°C, with eucalyptus aufguss (water poured on the stones for a scented blast of steam). The sea is a short run away, and plunge pools return to the beach for winter. Sessions take up to ten.
