Sawna Llosgi’s newest spot is on the beach front at Tresaith, next to the sailing hut by the slipway, about as close to the sea as a sauna can get. The eight-seater is wood-fired and runs hot. Tresaith is a small sandy cove where a waterfall spills onto the beach, and there are two pubs a few steps away for afterwards.
