Caws Teifi has made cheese at Glynhynod Farm near Ffostrasol since 1982, working with raw cow’s milk to produce its Teifi cheese along with butter and other dairy. The farm shop sells the range direct, a worthwhile stop if you’re passing through the Teifi Valley near Llandysul. One of the longer-running artisan cheesemakers in this part of west Wales.
