In the Welsh Wind is a gin and whisky distillery in the hills near Cardigan, with a shop and hands-on sessions where you blend and bottle your own gin. It has picked up national spirits awards along the way. Tastings and experiences are paid and usually booked in advance, so plan ahead rather than just turning up.
