Each summer Sawna Llosgi tows a six-seat mobile sauna to Charlie’s Field in New Quay, which looks out over the bay towards the harbour. You cool off in the plunge pools on site or walk down to the sea. Keep an eye out for dolphins, a regular sight in this part of Cardigan Bay, along with the lifeboat and the sailing boats.
