Every Sunday, Sauna Hut Wales sets up its hand-built, wood-fired sauna behind the beach huts at Langland Bay. The sea is a short stroll away, and there’s a 5ft cold-water tub if you’d rather not go in. Surfers and cold-water swimmers can book a 30-minute warm-up on the day. The family behind it, Bethan, Barney and Tid, designed and built the sauna after travelling in sauna-loving countries.
