North Solent is a National Nature Reserve in Hampshire of 9.3 km². It is one of eight National Nature Reserves in the county. Only one of the county's National Nature Reserves is larger. It lies inside the New Forest National Park.
Nearby nature reserves include Hurst Castle and Lymington River Estuary and Calshot Spit Country Park. The nearest railway station is Beaulieu Road, about 3.2 km to the north-west.
