Three Michelin stars have hung over the Waterside Inn since 1985 — the only restaurant outside France to hold them for more than thirty years. It’s a Roux restaurant-with-rooms on the bank of the Thames at Bray, with a terrace where boats moor at the water’s edge. Heston Blumenthal’s Hind’s Head is up in the village too.
