The Banks family’s Michelin-starred restaurant with rooms sits on the edge of the North York Moors, its intimate menus built almost entirely from what the team grows, rears and forages nearby. A stay makes a fine excuse to walk out to the Kilburn White Horse and the Cleveland Way to the north-west, or the ruins of Byland Abbey just down the lane.
