Andria works a menu of inventive small plates, with a chef’s table for those who want to watch, under head chef Luca Berardino in the middle of the old river port of Dartmouth. It is a small, personal room. A meal fits well with a riverside walk down to Bayard’s Cove Castle, or further along the coast path to Dartmouth Castle at the harbour mouth.
