Henry Moore Studios and Gardens
Henry Moore moved to Perry Green in 1940 and worked here until his death in 1986; the estate is run now by his foundation. His bronzes stand out across seventy acres of fields and garden, sited where he placed them, and several of the studios survive much as he left them. Open seasonally on a paid ticket. Sawbridgeworth station is about 6km south-east.
