Winbirri put Norfolk wine on the map in 2017, when its 2015 Bacchus took a Platinum Best in Show medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards — one of only a handful given that year — and sold out within days. The vineyard sits south-east of Norwich at Surlingham, with tastings and tours by booking. Brundall Gardens station is a couple of kilometres away.
