Norwich’s largest medieval parish church looks over the market place, a broad Perpendicular building finished in 1455. It keeps a fine east window of 15th-century glass and a celebrated ring of bells — the first true peal anywhere was rung here in 1715. Open daily in the middle of the city. Norwich station is about a kilometre east, and the Plantation Garden a short walk the other way.
