The Brewery Tap fills Peterborough’s old labour exchange, a big open room off Westgate with the Oakham Ales brew plant visible behind a glass wall. It opened in 1998 and claims to be the largest brewpub in Europe; up to half a dozen of the brewery’s own ales are on, alongside well-regarded Thai food. It’s a five-minute walk from Peterborough station.
