Middle Farm is an open farm and farm shop on the Downs at West Firle, best known for its National Collection of Cider and Perry — a barn with well over a hundred ciders on draught to taste and buy. Free to enter, with a tearoom and animals to meet. Glynde station is about 3km to the west.
