Come for a tasting and stay the night: this small vineyard at Cann, just below Shaftesbury on the edge of Cranborne Chase, runs tours and tastings and offers glamping among the vines. Booking is advised. Gillingham station is about 8km north-west, so it’s doable by train and a taxi if you’re not driving.
