This family butchery and farm shop north-west of Aberdeen builds its counter around homebred, grass-fed lamb born within a mile of the farm, along with beef, pork, pies and buffet spreads prepared in-house. It makes a handy stop before climbing Brimmond Hill to the south-east, or a walk beside the Loch of Skene.
