Susie and Ivor Dunkerton began making organic cider and perry near Pembridge in 1980, and were among the first UK makers certified by the Soil Association. Pressing has since moved to Gloucestershire, but the Tudor-style barn shop still sells the full range on Fridays and Saturdays, with the Cider Barn café-bar next door. It’s on the black-and-white trail just outside Pembridge; Leominster station is about 11km east.
