Dewlay have been making Lancashire cheese at their creamery near Garstang for generations, and it’s one of the few places you can actually watch it happen. The farm shop sells the full range of crumbly, creamy and tasty Lancashires, while a viewing gallery looks down over the cheese-making floor. Free to visit the shop and gallery; Garstang isn’t on the railway, so it’s a quick drive off the A6.
