Buzzards Valley grows and bottles its own wine in the countryside between Tamworth and Lichfield, and pairs the vineyard with six stocked fishing lakes and a café-bar looking out over the water. The still and sparkling wines are poured and sold on site, and you can book a vineyard tour that finishes with a meal. Open to walk-in visitors; Four Oaks station is about 5km west.
