The Black Mountains Smokery is an artisan smokehouse at Crickhowell, oak-smoking salmon, meats and cheeses. There’s a shop on site if you want to pick something up, and the smokery has a long-established mail-order side. A good stop while you’re in the town for the Bear or the Usk-side walks.
