Three long naves side by side, built in 1123, around 1239 and around 1320, and all still in one working parish church — an odd and rather brilliant plan once you’re standing in it. The monks’ end came down at the Dissolution; Gilbert Scott reopened the Norman nave in the 1860s. Leominster is a black-and-white market town, and Berrington Hall is four miles north.
