The nave roof fell in at the end of the 16th century and stayed off for three hundred years, the congregation squeezing into the choir instead. Rowand Anderson re-roofed it in 1889 and worship moved back in by 1893, so you get weathered medieval stonework and a Victorian interior under one roof. The 15th-century choir stalls survived the lot. Dunblane is immediately around it.
