Gresford’s bells are one of the Seven Wonders of Wales, named in the old rhyme alongside Snowdon and Llangollen Bridge. The church they hang in, All Saints, is a mostly late-15th-century building that holds more surviving medieval stained glass than any other in Wales, much of it glazed around 1500. It stands in the village of Gresford, open to visitors, with Gwersyllt station about 3km to the south-west.
