Crossapol Beach
Local highlightA long white beach backed by dunes near Tiree’s airport, on the island’s south side. The steady Atlantic wind that makes Tiree a windsurfing hotspot blows in here too, so you’ll often see boards out on the water. It’s an easy one to reach by Tiree standards, close to the airfield at Crossapol, and there’s plenty of empty sand to walk.
