Cemaes sits at the top of Anglesey — the northernmost village in Wales — around a small sheltered harbour with a curve of sand beside it. Low tide opens up rock pools, and the coast path runs off in both directions. Cemaes village has shops and places to eat. There’s no nearby station; Valley is about 16km south-west.
