Wild Dook's converted-horsebox sauna on its coastal pitch at Mossyard, near Gatehouse of Fleet, with the Solway Firth for a dip
Save this place
Mhairi Burnett launched Wild Dook in 2025 with a second-hand horsebox that her joiner father, Graham, turned into a wood-fired sauna. At Mossyard it parks up by the beach, and your cold plunge is the sea, with views out across the Solway Firth. Community sessions take six, and the horsebox travels to three other regular spots in the south of Scotland.
