Tŷ Sawna opened in 2022 as Wales’ first beach sauna, set up by Harri Barker after a visit to a seaside sauna in Ireland. There are two handmade barrels, Tŷ Bach Twt for eight and Tŷ Mawr for ten, each with its own wood-burning stove and a half-moon window facing the bay. Between rounds you walk down to the sea, or cool off with a bucket of water. It’s a British Sauna Society approved operator.
