Tor Bay is a quiet crescent of sand between Great Tor and Oxwich Point, screened from the road by the Penmaen dunes and so much emptier than its neighbours. There’s no car park at the beach — walk in across the burrows from Penmaen or Nicholaston, fifteen minutes or more — and no facilities. Three Cliffs Bay lies just east over the headland.
