Oxwich Bay is a wide, gently shelving beach backed by dunes and woodland on the south Gower, part of a national nature reserve that takes in the marsh and reedbeds behind. There’s a large car park, a café and a slipway, and the sand runs for a couple of miles round to Oxwich Point. The village of Oxwich sits at its western end.
