A monthly sauna by the mill leat at the Gower Heritage Centre in Parkmill, with a ladder into spring-fed water

On the last Saturday of each month, Sauna Hut Wales brings its wood-fired mobile sauna to the Gower Heritage Centre in Parkmill. It sits beside the mill leat, where a step ladder takes you down into cold water fed by a spring a few miles up the valley. There are also buckets, a 5ft tub and a log fire in the thatched roundhouse for warming up. Look out for the resident kingfisher.
