Laura and Mike, who run the Luna Wave yoga studio next door, started Luna Hut to take sauna out of the gym and onto the beach. Their Brighton hut stands at Sea Lanes on Madeira Drive, beside the national open-water swimming centre. It’s a Finnish-style sauna with aspen benches and a log-fired stove, with two cold plunge pools and easy access to the sea.
