A mobile Nordic sauna parked beside the River Teviot at Monteviot House from autumn to spring, with river dips

From September to April, Cedar Hus parks its mobile Nordic sauna in the meander of the River Teviot at Monteviot House, near Jedburgh. After a round in the heat you can dip in the river, cool off with a watering can or take a slow walk round the gardens. Laura and Willie, who run Cedar Hus from their organic farm near Lilliesleaf, also hold evening Sauna and Stars sessions here under dark skies.
