The Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway runs heritage steam and diesel trains along the Forth from Bo’ness, and is home to the Museum of Scottish Railways. Trains run on set operating days through the year, so check the timetable before you travel. It’s a paid attraction. Linlithgow is the nearest mainline station, about 5km to the south.
