The Oyster Catcher sits among the dunes at Rhosneigr on Anglesey’s west coast, one of the island’s better-known dining pubs. Rhosneigr station is barely a kilometre up the road, which makes it an easy stop straight off the train, and the beaches are a short walk the other way.
