The Heights is a climbers’ and walkers’ pub with a bunkhouse in Llanberis, the slate village below Snowdon. Cheap beds, big meals and a lively bar make it a base for the Llanberis Path and the quarries above. It’s a short walk from the lake and the National Slate Museum.
