The Cotley Inn is a country pub down a lane at Wambrook, in the folds of the Blackdown Hills near Chard. It’s the kind of out-of-the-way local you go to for a meal and a pint by the fire, with rooms if you want to stay over. Open to the public; Axminster station is about 10km south.
