The Stein Inn is the oldest pub on Skye, an 18th-century house right on the Loch Bay waterfront in the little Waternish village of Stein. Low ceilings, a fire, a serious whisky list and seafood landed nearby — a cosy spot at the end of a single-track road, with tables out front for a fine evening.
