The Isle of Skye Sea Salt Company hand-harvests flaky sea salt from the clean water of Loch Bay at Camuslusta in Waternish. A small family operation rather than a visitor attraction, but their flakes turn up in kitchens and delis well beyond the island. The nearby Stein Inn is worth the drive out along the peninsula.
