A garden of linked outdoor rooms — an open glade, small geometric courts, a walled space — wraps around a modern house in the middle of Haddenham. The architect Peter Aldington designed both in the 1960s; the garden now sits on the national register of historic gardens, and the houses are listed. It opens on a few days each year for the National Garden Scheme, ticketed. Nether Winchendon House lies a short way north-west.
