Myers has baked Lincolnshire plum bread in Horncastle since Charles Myers made his first loaves in 1901, and four generations on the recipe is unchanged: a dark, moist fruit loaf traditionally eaten with a slice of cheese. It was the first plum bread to take a Great Taste gold. The bakery shop is joined by a café and a deli, all on the Bull Ring in the town.
