Golspie Mill is a working watermill still stone-grinding heritage flours — peasemeal, beremeal and oatmeal among them — that are hard to find anywhere else. There’s a small mill shop with limited hours, and the flour turns up in shops across the Highlands. It’s just down the coast from Dunrobin Castle Gardens.
