Glaslyn Ices is a family ice-cream maker in Beddgelert, using milk from the family’s own herd. The parlour in the middle of the village is a fixture of a summer walk, a short stroll from the river meadows and Gelert’s grave — handy after the Aberglaslyn or Cwm Bychan paths.
