The parish church at Beddgelert is what survives of a medieval Augustinian priory — its nave, standing beside the bridge in the middle of the village. It’s reckoned one of the older religious houses in Wales, with plain early-Gothic stonework and a few original windows. Open to visitors, and easy to pair with the short walk to Gelert’s grave nearby.
