Stone-bridged village at the heart of Snowdonia.
A cluster of stone cottages where the Glaslyn and Colwyn rivers meet, Beddgelert sits below Yr Wyddfa with the wooded Aberglaslyn Pass just downstream. The name ties to the legend of Gelert, the faithful hound; his supposed grave is a short riverside walk from the bridge in the village.
