This Chiltern-edge church was largely rebuilt in the 15th century, and its best feature is up in the nave roof: fourteen carved stone corbels, each one different. Look for a monkey dressed as a monk and a gryphon making off with an armoured knight. It stands in the middle of Tring, open to visitors, with the station about 3km east.
