Kinlochard is a small village at the west end of Loch Ard, deep in Queen Elizabeth Forest Park west of Aberfoyle. The loch is popular for canoeing and paddleboarding, with forest and cycle trails running off around its shores. A quiet, out-of-the-way base for the water and the woods.
