Whitby Wellbeing’s most southerly spot is Hornsea, on the Holderness coast, where the sauna parks above the beach in a quiet corner just south of the boat ramp. A set of stairs leads down to the sand for a North Sea dip, which is optional and at your own risk. There’s parking in the gravel car park alongside.
